I've about had it with newbie winners.... I had an auction end at 10 PM Monday and the winner had emailed me 3 times on Tuesday with increasingly hysterical emails because I didn't answer right away.... I was sick yesterday so I emailed her this AM to send TOS, etc. I've gotten two more emails, apparently she hasn't revceived my letter with the TOS and the follow up letter I sent when she emailed me again saying "Was I going to answer her or not?????" I've decided to get a real job and am leaving the auction business behind. In the meantime, how can I get this persons telephone number to let her know I'm receiving her emails????
Since she's not getting mine.

Try sending the email using the "send this auction to a friend" from the listing page.

And tell the buyer to check their EMAIL FILTERS because it certainly sounds like you are hitting a spam filter somewhere.

I am unsure if you are using Ebay, but if you are, they have both your telephone number and the buyers telephone number. If you request the buyer's they will send your hers then you can communicate by telephone. Check the site map, or check the feedback page. They msy list the link on there.

I once had a buyer who had switched email addresses and swore that it was changed on his auction info. Had to call him to communicate as the original letters bounced back to me.

On ebay you can go up to search, click there, and right under the same button new links come up. One says find members. Click this one, scroll down and enter the info in the area called "contact info"

Good luck, and I am sorry to hear that you are leaving ebay due to newbie troubles.

Thank you everyone for your helpful advice!!I sent her the "email this auction to a friend" page and she answered me right away. She's paypaled me and her merchandise has already gone to the post office. She apologized and said she was just so excited.... She won a pony bit from me for less than $10. LOL! People! You sure meet all kinds.

But doesn't it feel great to have a winning bidder anxious to pay and happy she won!?

I know it brightens my day.
~Not barrelracer on ebay, don't pick on them!~
