In an effort to provide information about eBay's Fraud insurance claim process, I created a questionnaire to obtain information
about the process from those who had filed an insurance claim with eBay's insurance.
So far, I have the results of 5 eBay users, but I would like to have more.

Please help out: If you filed an insurance claim with eBay, please complete the questionnaire (even if your claim is still pending).
