With all the eBay bashing goin on I have to report that the response from eBay's tech support is pretty damn good. They operate on a call back system where you leave your number and they return your call. They have always called back within a few hours.
I had a gallery photo not being displayed properly and their techs fixed the problem within a few minutes of thier contacting me.
