I have a bidder, won two auctions 9/11, responded (very nicely) to my end-of-auction letter and that's it. No payment, no response to further e-mails, etc. I just file NPB alert. I'm all set, I'm not worried about it, not the end of the world.
Anyway, she has approx. 30 feedback (2 negs in August for non-payment). Last (positive) feedback left for an auction ending in August. She has won approx. 60 auctions that ended in Sept and has received feedback on none of them yet. (I figure the roughly 20 that ended before 9/10 should have had plenty of time to complete.)
Anyway, she still has bids outstanding on approx 15 auctions that will end in the next few days. Can I/Should I alert the other sellers??
(I don't want to do anything against eBay's rules and I know I would appreciate a heads-up if I were one of the other sellers.)

I know it's verbotin to contact bidders while an auction's in progress (auction interference), but I'm not sure about writing to sellers.
If it were me, I'd probably just play it safe and keep my nose out of it. But that's just me.

You might want to see if the other closed auction sellers are being ignored by the bidder--and becoming a prime NARU. Some people bid like crazy and get behind the eight ball on a couple of auctions. This one sounds a bit disorganized, not necessarily a deadbeat.

I would mind my own business, one never knows how other sellers will react, even when you're trying to help them.

I agree with fountainhouse. I've had bidders ignore paying me while cheerfully paying other sellers & vice versa. Who knows why they pick & choose.
I have contacted other sellers about a buyer but only when I've been unable to get them to respond to an initial EOA to see if they've been successful in contacting them.

Contacting other bidders regarding open auctions would be deemed auction interference and is against eBay rules.
