The picture is from another auction,but for demonstration/identification purposes only. Any particular name for this type of doll? Are they a dime a dozen or perhaps worth anything? My MIL has 2 she bought in Holland.

I think this type of doll first came out in the 1970's? I am not sure but I think they are called straw dolls. We used to sell them in our shop about 10 yrs ago and we would order them in sets of 3 or 5 from our craft supplies catalogue. They would be in different sizes in each set.
