I need some help. I have 5 items for sale starting bid 17.99. I have 6 bids. 1 at 22.00, 1 at 21.00, 1 at 20.00, 1 at 19.00, and then 2 at 17.99. Are the last 2 at 17.99 not actually winners anymore? Or is the one who bid 17.99 first a winner and not the other? I hope Im making sense here! I appreciate any help..Lori!

Go to your auction page. Click on "View High Bidders." Only the ones who actually win the item will be displayed under the purple bar. The amount to charge them (all the same amount) is the price shown at the top of that page.
The one that bid for two at $17.99 will only get one. And they may refuse the lesser quantity because they did not get what they bid for, and with no penalty too! Go figure.

lah switched in mid-description from the number of items bid to the number of bidders. 4 one item bids and 2 bidders of one item.
The first time-wise of the 2 low bidders wins.
