Hello, I purchased a cd off ebay that the description said factory sealed. When I received it, it was sealed but was a previously owned cd and had scratches all over it and the inside of the cd actually had dirt or something all on it. It was pretty disgusting. This was to be a gift. I contacted the seller, who said they had no idea, but did offer a full refund and sent additional money for postage to return at his expense. I am not sure if this was an accident or not but my money was returned, and was prompt in doing so. My question is: I would like to leave postive feedback but do not know how to word it. If anyone could help, please do...Thanks.
It is a really bad idea (if you are satisfied with the way that the seller handled this) to post anything about the merchandise not being as described. That damns someone with faint praise. If you are willing to assume that the seller made an honest mistake, don't mention the mistake, as he/she probably doesn't make too many similar...
