I recently posted about a $1,500 doll that was accidentally broken in an antique store. The store owner sued the customers in small claims court after calling police to the store.
All parties agreed to have the case heard for the Judge Mills Lane show. Appearance money is paid and the producer pays any final settlement.
On Monday, Oct 2, the judge found for the plaintiff who asked for $885 rather than the retail pice of the doll. She was awarded $800.
The producers will inform the parties when the show will be aired. I'll post when I know the day/time/stations.
