Why is there a bidder with a neg 3 feedback on eBay? I do not want to deal with her if she is a know headache? Do I have to accept her bid? Let me know

If the auction has not closed yet, you can cancel her bid. Send her an email and tell her why you did it and ask her not to bid on any more of your auctions. Send a cc to Safeharbor. If she bids again, she will be suspended. If the auction is closed and she is high bidder, wait and see if she pays. If not, file for a fvf credit. If this is her third (which it will probably be) she will be suspended. If you neg her and it causes her feedback to become -4 contact safeharbor immediately and have her naru before she can retaliate.

The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.
