Okay, I know how to leave feedback.

I know how somebody can respond to feedback I've left.

How do I comment on bidder's (utterly BS) response to the feedback I left?

Go to feedbacks that you have left:

http://cgi2.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedbackleft&userid=YOURIDHERE

You should then see the feedback that they responded to and you can leave a follow up response from there.
