My PayPal Account was restricted for "Posible fraudulent use of a Credit Card). My funds show up as being in my account, but I have been denied access to my funds for 34 DAYS and counting. I have sent appeals to PayPal, and have basically gotten only FORM responses. Their telephone Number (877) 672-9725 is ALWAYS on hold. Music forever as they say. Like the Alaskan Mountains. Stretching out forever, where man has never been, walked or imagined to be.
If I cancel my account, PayPals term of Service (TOS) says your funds will immediately be dispersed. If I cancelled my account, and my funds are showing in my account for 34 Days and counting, will they be dispersed? Surely, after one MONTH+ PayPal should know if the funds were fraudulent or not.
The Amount of my "restricted" account is around $500.00, so this would buy Supplies. I need to get supplies to my wintering area here in Alaska VERY SOON, or I will be "restricted" by MOTHER NATURE. She can be VERY unforgiving up here. Some Bush Alaskans may have to SHOOT their Sled Dogs for lack of Chum Salmon this winter. The average Sled Dog requires 140 Chum Salmon per winter for feed. The Yukon Chum Salmon run was very low this summer.
Any ideas how to get PayPal to release my funds? Do they have another contact Phone # that is answered? E-mail so far has only gotten FORM responses. HELP!

Contact Damon from paypal at the Partner Services area here in AW at the message center. It seems to work for most folks - a lot faster than what you are trying. He seems to put out the most vocal public fires to try to retain some +imaige for the company.

Thank you for your response. I have contacted [email protected] and he says to keep him informed when appealcc@paypal contacts me. So far still restricted for 34 Days and counting, and no contact.
I will count the days until this is resolved. 34 Days....
