The De Anza College Flea Market is tomorrow in Cupertino CA. If any of you bay area locals are going to be there picking up eBay goodies stop by stall M13 and say Hi.

I love flea markets! Wish I could go to yours. I'll be at the Algiers flea market tomorrow in New Orleans. Also the public library is having their big annual book sale. Heaven!

Good luck on your sales this weekend. Hope you make a killing.

Hi, HJ. I get there once in a while. My kids like it. Love those snow cones. I live in Mountain View and go to the Foothill College flea market.

Never been to either, but I live near Hayward
and there's a pretty good sized flea market
at Chabot College (in Hayward) every 3rd saturday of the month - if anyone near by
is interested in that one. Also the Oakland
Coliseum Drive In has a big one all week and
weekends. And Ashby BART station (Berkeley),
has one every Sat & Sun. That one is pretty
nice.

Well, I did OK today, twinsoft came by (Hi Twinsoft, nice meeting you).
I used to do Foothill but I have tried Chabot and did about 3 times the business there. So I expect I'll switch.

We did terrific at De Anza today even though we were in row A. We usually are in K or M that's where I like it if we have to be in the back lot. Most of our regulars found us late. Many said they couldn't find us in the directory so I'm going to have to check that out. It's such a big market can take hours to find us.
Twinsoft everyone loves those snow cones. They have really good food at De Anza.
Hope the weather holds out for Nov and Dec. Because this is such a good market we can make close to $6,000 in just these 3 months. Double what we make anywhere else. So everyone keep good thoughts for us sellers at the great De Anza Flea Market.

edited because I put $9000 instead of $6000. Wishful thinking and wrong multiplication.

I once did a show (Twin Bridges) at De Anza...Indoors...It happened to be on same day as big-scale American Indian PowWow....The times we had, just finding parking...! Oy! My booth was right by an entry door, with the cafeteria supplies behind a curtain, in back of my booth...Each a cafeteria person need something, he came through my booth to get his supplies...

Then, another time, there was a car show on the lot...No parking for us...I hope the show owners have learned a little since Did not doo well...Never shopped their flea market, though.
