I hate them!!!! I am sick to death of reading those 'WIFE WILL KILL ME'&
'Wife Left Me' & 'Wife said sell this'. auctions.
They are destroying my ability to function.

Closing them it's just a Safeharbor email away.
Usually, these sellers practice the $5.99 s/h per disc, even if you buy several of them, no combined shipping thing.

This is a definitive no-no.

preacher4u--safeharbor doesn't care whether or not combined items. eBay only cares about getting THEIR fees.

Ebay doesn't care I have been on ebay since almost the start and so have the same people doing this over and over again. Ebay makes lots of money off of them and these people make $$$ also because there are people dumb enough to believe it. Safeharbor isn't going to mess with these people and ebay profit line.

BTW I also hate these adds. I get them a lot from all different sections when I am searching to buy.

Listing Techniques that circumvent eBay's fee structure

Users may not use systems or techniques to interfere with the proper working of the eBay site, which includes the circumvention of the eBay fees. Some examples include:

Listings with low bid prices, but unreasonably high shipping costs
Dutch Avoidance (see description below)
Selling an item that requires an additional purchase from the seller
Items offered for direct sale (not through eBay)
Catalog sales (see description below)
Listings with an e-mail address or domain name in the title
Policy: These types of listings are not permitted and will be ended. The insertion fee will be automatically credited for that listing.

Doesnt matter preacher4whatever they have been around forever. The same guys doing over and over for at least 2 years that I know about and as long as Ebay is making a profit Ebay isn't going to do a thing.
