I am applying for a credit since my auctions ended during the outage. Can i receive credit on the auctions that had bids on them before going into the outage? I believe that they would have had more activity if it was running.
Also, I can not find the Subject Line that you are referring to (to enter GIVE CREDIT)

Just make GIVE CREDIT in caps the first line of your message. Ask for listing fees, final value fees and any special feature fees (gallery, bolding highlighting etc) for ANY auctions you feel were negatively impacted by the outages. If they sold or not! Hope this helps - Rosalinda
