Ahhh -it appears ebaY removed my last post. Now lets see, it did not have any personal information, was not rude, did not contain any vulgarities or contact information....so what was the grounds for removing it????? Oh yeah it had the TRUTH about tonights outages as opposed to the lies posted on the AB, and the information on how to use ebaYs system to request refunds. So if you would like the truth -and the info, PLEASE email us! -Rosalinda

Hi Linda

Thinking about this - it just hit me that tomorrow Meg reports ebaYs third quarter results to the stockholders. So maybe there is more to this than silliness. There might be outright fraud being perpetrated by ebayY against their stockholders!!! If ebaY admitted to the 2.5 hour outage, they would have to PAY out refunds and everyone would know that they would have to pay them. I wonder how bad tomorrows 3rd Qtr report is going to be - so that the 2.5 hour outage would really hit the stock!!! Wish I knew someone who posts on the Financial boards who could go tell ebaY stockholders the TRUTH about tonight. By denying all this, even if ebaY actually pays the refunds their users request, the STOCKHOLDERS wont know about it until the 4th qtr - usually a very strong one! Wow, this is really getting interesting!!! -Rosalinda
