This was also posted in the Yahoo section, but I thought there might be somebody here who might have a suggestion that could help.
I'm having a problem verifying my email address for PayDirect. I have received an email that I've been sent money. When I go to the link in the email, I come to a page that says
"Verify Yahoo! Security Key "
where I enter my password. This takes me to a page that says
"Email Address Verification"
and
"Before you can start use Yahoo! Paydirect, we need to verify the Alternate Email Address that you provided. This is done to help protect the security of your account."
"Yahoo! will send a verification email with a link to the unverified emails below. Click the link in the emails we send to verify your email address. Please check that the following is up to date, then click "Send Verification"."
When I click on "Send Verification", I go to a page that says
"An email has been sent with a confirmation code to the address you specified. Either click on the link in the email, or enter the confirmation code in the email and your password here.."
I have done this half a dozen times over the last week, and have yet to receive any email with a confirmation code from Yahoo.
Yes, I have checked to see that I am trying to send the confirmation to the correct email address. Any other suggestions?
