I'm wondering, all of you--as you sit at your computer, what's on your TV (if anything)? The debate or the game? I myself become so anxious during the debates that I've been switching back and forth between the debate and the ballgame. I have a favorite, in the presidential race--but my lips are sealed.

Two scores! Seattle's up, 4-3, with no outs.

And Al Gore appears to be doing better in the debate.

Debate here,

I coach on a college speech and debate team. We have a tournament this weekend that I will be judging, so I thought it would be important to listen to what Gore/Bush have to say...or not say....I am soooo tired of Gore/Bush being asked a question and then not giving an answer.

They are now an 1 1/2 hours into the debate. I can give you all a quick summary of what each said:

Blah Blah blah.

Blah Blah blah.

Just to keep this tied in to ebay, since I can't pull up my stuff on ebay I am listening to the debate.

If they would play liar's poker and the loser commits suicide in some ugly messy way I would make popcorn and tune in.
It should be Gore of course. Gore on the floor. Bush with no tush. Anyone who wants to be president shouldn't.

The game, the game, the game. Politicians are predictable, irritating and boring (and I already know for whom I will vote, such as the choice is )

Never know WHAT will happen when the Mariners and the Yankees face each other!

GO MARINERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mariners fan on FrogRock

I watched the game.

I did catch a few minutes of the debate on the radio, though. Bush is just awful... how can anyone vote for that guy, regardless of views or political affiliation? And he's already pissing off the Russians.

Are you sure you didn't mean to say Gore there, RainyBear? Cuz that's the impression I came away with after watching the debate! LOL!

I love politics. Don't take me seriously RainyBear - I'm just teasin'...
