I jsut spent 5 minutes looking at Ebay trying to figure out how to Email them a request that I want a refund for the auctions that just closed?? I could not find anything. Now I am really happy with them.

There is a thread from a few days ago with all of the information to request credit, including the email address. I can't find it, but I know I saw it.

Go here:

http://pages.ebay.com/help/basics/select-support.html

If it's for a refund, select Billing then Other Account Questions

....and when you get to the very end of the line, use the "I have tried instant help and still want to contact support." It allows you to post a message with the facts about the transactions and request credits.

Thanks for the help. I had 10 close tonight with high listing fees and I am sending an Email. It may not do any good but if everyone emailed for a refund maybe that would shut them down and get their attention.
