I don't know if you can! You should contact your credit card company though (in writing) and instruct them to return all requests for payment from eBay.

Again, I don't think you can. eBay even keeps their NARU'd members names up on their site. If they started deleting them, the mailing list that they sell to advertisers and SPAM generators would dwindle - they would lose too much $$

Post huge nude jpg's on the Q&A and shout "I'm a shiller I'm a shiller! na-na-na-na-na-na!" repeatedly while hopping on one foot. That'll do 'er.

If you want to get rid of your current usreid: Change your userid (look on the Site Map) - in a month or so, people won't be able to look you up via that name. The name will still be unavailable for other people to take, however. I supose if you want somebody else to be able to take the name, you could write to eBay, tell them what you're doing, and ask them to put a note in the records that the name can be "released" after a period of time. Don't know if they can or would do that, however.
If you want to close your account: There isn't any way to close an account without becoming "Not a Registered User." You can write to eBay (NARU is done manually) and ask them to close your account. Note that being NARU means that you can't bid, buy, leave feedback, or do anything else with that account name, of course.
