Others here know how to change the picture to something a little less, say "flattering" so that it will show on his auction. I'm not sure how to do it.
Word of warning, without inviting the other seller here you are in violation of AW's terms, so you are probably going to have to delete the item numbers out of your original post.

Well---the naughty thing to do is do make another picture link for the card (which you will use on your auction) and change the existing link to something unpleasant

If you can, change your picture to add at the bottom, Copyright "your auction #", and therefore anyone looking at their auction would see a "link" to your auction. It may also let the guy know that you know what he did and that you are on to him.

Forward the information to [email protected] and [email protected].
In the meantime, this is what I would do (hehe)... change the picture URL for that picture he is linked to, to a new pictures that says "THIS ITEM IS FREE!" so it will show up in his auction. Everyone who sees his auction will just see a picture that says "THIS ITEM IS FREE!".
Then change your URL to your picture to a different URL (with the correct picture).
This should stop him from stealing someone else's pics!

I had someone do this to me last summer. My auction ended six days before his and when my auction ended I replaced the pic on my server with a sign that said. I'm a dishonest sob. I stole my description and stole the dang picture too. Makes ya wonder if I actually even have the item or if I just gonna rip you off!
The bid retractions came fast and furious and the perp had the brass to email me DEMANDING I put the original picture back or he'd contact safeharbor. I told him to save the bandwidth I'd already contacted them.

Save this as the EXACT same thing you have the card under.
Then save your card as a different name. Go to "add to your item description" and add the correct picture to your auction.

Zapped---I was just looking at your auction and no where in your title or desription does it say Star Trek.
Your card does not come up in a Star Trek search---while the both of bad guy's auctions of the (2) card does cause he has it in his title.

Change the picture to something filthy and disgusting and send the link to his auction to SafeHarbor.

Report him to eBay's Safe Harbor. They do take this sort of thing seriously. It's happened to me and I was very pleased with the response I got from them.

Hello. I have done this once. I had a Disney Limited Edition piece in a SEALED box. I did the usual research to find out what the item was going for, and found one, I immediately emailed the seller and explained the situation that I was in, that I didn't want to break the seal on the box, therefore damaging it's MINT value. She was very nice, and gave me permission to use her link. I emailed her back and notified her that I wait until her auction was over, and if she would keep the picture for TWO FULL WEEKS to enable me to sell mine. She complied, and she bid on three of my items! I in turn bought 2 of hers, now she is a regular on my site, and buys all sorts of knicknacks, and her son specializes in world currency, so she also visits my online store. This is a classic example of where honesty will get you, and the true desire to NOT play hardball can benefit you not just for yourself, but for a long time to come that affects OTHER people as well.
pnth IS my real name on ebay.
