some of these people have up to 8 negs and they are still bidding. I contacted ebay on the one with 8 negs and they said he only had 3 NPB's and FVF's turned in against his user name.
not so sure that ebay's system is not tracking the NPB's. But if they stiff you file on them so they can clear out the dead wood.

Sorry to hear about your misfortunes airguy. I always file for my FVF on NPB which isn't really that ofter even though I'm in a high risk catagory.....Sports cards.
Just curious as to what you sell that's attracting all these NPB.

we list in dozens of catagories, there really is no pattern. actually i was wrong, i've filed 45 NPB's in the last week all over 21 days
