I stopped at an impromptu yard sale today. The man was cleaning his garage and was selling as he cleaned. I bought 32 volumes of Louis Lamour Leatherette bound novels for $15.00. Almost all were still in original shipping boxes. Can someone look at auction and tell me what you think? The ebay #476328039 is the auction. My son was doing happy dance, we'll see. What did everyone else find. We need good news here.

Hi rarriffle

Congratulations on your great find!

Because posting your auction number could possibly be viewed as promotional, would you please edit it out and perhaps include a link to one of your images?

Thanks for your cooperation

rarriffle, your auction looks good. I'd like to get a better peek at the bookends you mention. Maybe you can add another pic?

Impromptu sales -- don't you just love 'em?

rarriffle

I missed where you are asking for a critique of your auction - it can sometimes be a fine line between seeking advice and promotional but for now you can ignore my previous post.

I've just come on duty again and I'm still half asleep Sorry!

fountainhouse, thank you. I can take another picture of the bookends tomorrow, but then I will need help adding them to auction. I only know how to load initially here at AW.

Michelle, sorry, I wasn't sure. Just wanted someone to look at the sale itself. I'm still pretty new at selling, less than 100 auctions.

BY THE WAY, I ALREADY HAVE THE FIRST BID.
not yelling, just happy

I found 2 casino silver strikes ($7 variety) from Circus Circus dirt cheap. I'll keep one for my collection and make a killing on the other.

My Granny is friends with a lady that sold her a vintage set of Fiesta for $20. After she bought it she asked me if she could double her money back, she has made $300 off the set in the last week. I never get that lucky anymore, she is always finding things like that and then wondering if it was a good buy. Heather

I bought something yesterday for 25 cents and I listed it last night, today it is up to 25.00, with 2 days left to go.
