It all depends on how you ship it, and to where.
Go to USPS.COM and UPS.COM (assuming you live in the US) and check out their rate calculators, just to give you some idea.
Your best bet is probably to say something like "buyer pays actual shipping costs by UPS for a 15 pound package from Illinois" or something like that, so at least people know you won't be jacking up the shipping cost. (or if you are going to add on a handling charge, indicate that). That way people can estimate their own shipping costs.
Or, depending on how much it is worth and where you live, you could put something like "shipping is $12 anywhere in the US", assuming that this will be a reasonable amount for you to recover shipping costs.

I would charge $10.00 shipping and packing. That would be for parcel post with more than enough for insurance as well.

I ship 15 LBS Items all the time the rate parcel post is $11.80, priority is $14.00 but my package is small and heavy not big and heavy.
