Um, I just got my account suspended without reason. I broke some rule, but they dont tell me what. Maybe I farted or something? It's probably hidden deep in the bowels of their TOS, punn intended. Anyways all I do is accept Pay Pal from a friend of mine who owes me money. Albeit a lot. Like $400 a month. I in turn leave all that money in my pay pal account. Over $700 now.
I use it to buy things from others on eBay mainly. My friend gets his money from things he sells. So what's the deal? Is there some rule I am breaking? There are some points in the past where I have transfered money to my bank account. So what, I thought that was the point of this service.
Am I getting blasted now for taking money out? I have easily paypal'd just as much money to other people as I have ever withdrawn!
I am not using this service as a business. But the person paying me is. Am I being blasted for taking money from someone who isn't paying them the new business rate???? That's what it must be? Ug! PAY PAL!!!!!!!!

From the sketchy detail you gave, it seems you violated Federal Laws. It is illegal to convert Credit Card Credit into Cash without a bank's intervention. This allows the Credit Card Company to charge to higher interest rate. If a friend owes you cash, he must pay you in cash.
