After I sent my EOA notice to a winning bidder, she emailed me back that I had to send a "paypal invoice" before she could pay for the auction using paypal.

So I went to paypal and the only thing I could find was a 'request for payment' which I sent her. She just emailed me that that was not an invoice. But she said she got to the invoice from my request and had paypaled me the money.

But, what she actually did was send me a request to pay her for the auction! I just cancelled that.

Does anyone have any idea what she's referring to? I'm lost.

Hi! I'd write back to her and ask if she's a new member. Possibly she's new and doesn't know exactly how paypal works. Send her your paypal registered email address and tell her to resubmit the amount. If she needs an invoice I'd send her a receipt with the item. In any event, I wouldn't send the merchandise until you get a confirmation from Paypal that the $ is in your account. If she's having trouble tell her to contact paypal.
