Ok, ok I whined alot about failing auctions, but my last one shot up like a bat outa hell.

2300 hits and 120 bids with over 200 pieces sold and the day ain't over yet.

Unfortunately I listed the dutch auction with 100 items and have 220 sold. I never had this kind of sucess before and don't know what to expect from eBay.

Will eBay send an EOA to me and to the winning bidders, weeding out ONLY those that actually won the 100 pieces?

What is eBays stand on my selling to the loosers. Will it be considered selling "out of auction" I re-stocked while the auction was running and have plenty on hand.

Inquiring minds need to know.

If you only listed 100 items then you only have 100 items sold.

Sell the 100 items and start another dutch auction for the items you have restocked with.

Quazz... Ebay will weed out the losers in your auction.

As far as your question on selling to the losers, that is against eBay policy. Since you generated so much interest, I'd recommend relisting the auction again...
