I have to respectfully disagree with you.......I recently had a problem with a site that took a measly ten dollars from me (money order) and would not deliver or answer my emails etc. I contacted IFCC...they were GREAT....I recieved several emails from them asking for additional info and updates....the site is under investigation now. Whether I get my money back or not I don't know, BUT, at least they made me feel like I was as important to deal with as someone who lost a lot of money....Pam

I'd be surprised if the IFCC would even take a complaint from a foriegn customer. On the complaint form you must enter a state.
