How long should i wait for a bidder to reply to the winning bidder notice? Today is the end of the 5th day after the end of the auction i have sent the it 2 or three times! Should i wait longer or do a non paying bidder thing?

Well, many of my customers never email me at all and then just mail their payment to me - so I give them more time than a few days.

However, you are not obligated to sell to them if they don't respond to you after 3 days. It's in ebay's policy. But I do believe you can't start the NPB process until at least 7 days.

My auctions state payment is required within 10 days. I send out my EOA email with all information they need. If they respond to it (like I ask them to), then great! If not, I wait out 10 days to see if they mailed me a payment. If not, on the 11th day I start filing the FVF credits. On the 20th day if still no payment or response I file the final FVF and NEG'em.

Some people just don't seem to reply so I wait about 8 days for payment then I send a very friendly "concerned" e-mail about having no response from them. I wait 2 more days and if I haven't heard or gotten payment I file NPB with eBay and take it from there.
Because I sell small items, if a bidder wants to back out and are up front about it I don't get myself crazy over it. I just file for my fees from eBay and put it up again.

File an NPB alert on day seven (earliest you can file) and file for credit ten days later if you don't have your money. No exceptions.
