Just filed for credit yestreday and here is the m/o today in mail (a month late). I dont mind to finish the transaction but forgot how to amend the feedback. I know I cant retract but how to respond or have them respond in a way to show it was actually satisfactorily paid and completed? ANy suggestions is appreciated...Lori!

Your customer has to first reply to the feedback and then you get a chance to clarify what you left.
