Had a bidder win 3 of our auctions, answered
our winner bidder confirmation, then no more
response--no payment, etc....they had low feedback, but no negatives. Just rechecked
the feedback on them now they show negatives and also says not a registered user....How is someone all of a sudden not a registered user? Does this mean they unregistered with eBay? Don't mean to sound dumb this is the
first time I have come across this.

If they had 4 non-paying bidder alerts filed against them, or if their feedback rating went to -3 (or thereabouts) they were automatically suspended from Ebay, and therefore, no longer a registered user.

If a person has had 3 FVF's filed against them by different sellers, they are automatically suspended for 30 days. A fourth FVF earns them a permanent suspension.
If a person's feedback reaches -4 net, they are automatically prohibited from bidding, leaving feedback, or selling. But, they are not NARU'd until the account is reported to ebay.
People can also become unregistered by requesting that their account be closed.

They currently show a -7, but are not naru'd. I guess that is what confused me why the not a registered user, instead of naru'd. Thanks for the info.

Hi, it's me again. The newbie.
I had someone with 4-neg's bid on one of my auctions. But she did not win it. Thank you very much. I just went to check to make sure
that what I saw before was correct.
I could not believe it but right after her 4th neg and dated Oct. 26th was a positive. So why is she back bidding and winning. Didn't you say after 4 gets permanent suspension.
Thank you
I can't give you the details if you want, before I go hide.
