Damn, and I found something I haven't seen in a long time on eBay. Not because eBay is down, but because the Seller has the most outlandish TOS I have ever read.
And to beat it all, it is on another web site.
A WHOLE PAGE of another web site, A bunch of do this or I'll do that, send money to reach me in a certain time frame or I file, but I'll send your package on my schedule.
Whole list of "neggable" offenses.
I guess I just can't jump through that many hoops to make sure the transaction goes well.
I reported them to safeharbor for the off site stuff ( paypal fees) and was told they received a warning, but nothing changed on the present auction.
On the good side it was a good looking auction and nice pictures.
Oh well....

Gosh..I wish I could see the 'dirt' on these people.(actual auction) But I guess we gotta be nice here.
