i really HATE the fees and said he would pay by billpoint even after my email didn't mention it at all....but then in a second email asked if i would sign up...
grrr....
comon paypal! I'm waiting for you guys.....waiting on 2 canadian transactions! ;P

Hey, if he pays with a VISA card, there are no Billpoint fees through the end of November. Plus your buyer gets a buck off his purchase.

Are you clear with your terms in the auctions?. I clearly state what type of payment form I would accept. As long as the seller is clear, buyer should read & accept the terms.
Some sellers don't accept checks (for whatever reason) & if you think that's silly, hey don't bid. Don't go bidding & then whine about how silly he is. Why bid from silly people...you must be sillier. Don't be like the blind following the blind.
Its the same thing when we had all the hoop-la about selling international. Hey to you its common sense but to some sellers its not worth the hassle. Why is it a hassle you ask?. Its a hassle to him/her so what is it to you. Like I said, if you are clear you can tell this buyer to fly a kite. Awww the freaking canucks
