When I just listed an auction I was treated to a pleasant surprise my account balance was $0.00. I wonder how long eBay will accept that "unavailable functionality". Is it just my account?

I received the same message when relisting an auction the other day. The balance has been corrected and now shows up. I seem to remember a notice from Ebay about a new dedicated server for invoicing that would enable them to bill accounts anytime rather than only at night when it is slow. My guess is they are moving the files to the new system which will give you a zero balance until all your records are transfered and the database updated.
During the period that my account was showing zero balance, I listed over 100 auctions. Two days later when the account balance was updated I checked by account detail. They didn't miss a single quarter. (but it did feel good for a couple days)
