I had a auction to end about 4 days ago ( I know that is not long) but the winning bidder has not responded to my emails, I checked there rating and it is 11 but they have 26 bid retractions, what gets me is the 11 feedback they have recieved has been posted 2 days since my auction closed, The other sellers have higher feedback, This auction ended around $60 All of these other auctions closed since my auction closed, What would you do wait for the 10 days, My email to winning bidders says please contact me within 3 days of auctions close with you mailing address and choice of payment

I would wait at least the 10 days. Many people just don't reply to emails and just go ahead and mail the payment via snail mail. You may just get the payment in the mail without ever getting a reply from the buyer. BUT - if 10 days goes by and no payment and still no contact - I'd start the NPB process.

Hmm.. maybe they aren't getting your emails? Go to the auction page, and click on "send this auction to a friend" and send them the information using that email method - and tell them this is the (2nd? 3rd?4th?) time you have tried contacting them. Maybe then you will get an answer.

At the very least, you have to wait three business days. After that, you can do as you please, but most times waiting the rest of about two weeks will be a high percentage play.
