lately if i put a reserve on something a bidder will throw in one bid and go right to the exact reserve price. is there a way bidders can find out the reserve?? is there a program or something? or am i just seeing a series of coincidences? its weird, i do know that.

If their bid meets or exceeds the reserve, it will automatically jump to the reserve price as the current bid.

If the reserve is $10, and I place a proxy bid of $20, it will show my bid as $10. If I only bid $9, it will show my bid as the minimum bid.

Make sense?

ahhh now i see!! am i dumb or what? that makes perfect sense. its been driving me nuts! thank you, i can sleep now!
