I'm looking forward to using the new Take it Now feature that's supposed to roll out in November. Is it out yet? Has anyone used it for an auction? And more importantly---will I be able to utilize it, even though I'm not signed up for Billpoint? I've read the stuff on the Announcements board and it doesn't seem clear to me when or how it will be available. But my mind is numb from writing listings all day. Maybe I missed it.
If I have to use Billpoint to get the service, I guess I will need to finally sign up. I was trying to avoid it by sticking to one service (Paypal) just for simplicity's sake, but I really want to use Take it Now. So---Second question: Has anyone here had any significant problems with Billpoint or stopped taking it for any reason (dissatisfaction, etc.?) Any negatives from sellers who have used it? Any legitimate downside other than having higher fees than other services (I've seen the fees so this I am aware of.)
Note please---I'm not asking the folks who won't take Billpoint because they don't take electronic forms of payment on principle---I know there are many who have decided against it entirely for their own reasons, and no offense meant....but I'm really wanting to know what people think who have used it for some time now. Thanks, y'all.

I'd recommend Billpoint even if the "buy it now" feature doesn't require it.
I joined shortly after their launch and have completed dozens of transactions with them. They've been flawless. Nothing screwed up, no missing payments, no frozen accounts. Money transferred automatically, on time, every time.
I can't vouch for their customer service, though; I haven't needed them yet!
