I posted around 30 auctions today and all made it. Unfortunately, when I try to seem them on my selling page on "my eBAy", one of them is missing. I checked in the Auction Manager here at AuctionWatch, and not only is it active at eBay, it already has a bid on it. Is this normal for eBay?

If so, WHERE do I contact them to look into the situation? I'd hate to tick off a winning bidder because of my inability to track the auction. All you AuctionWatch naysayers, take note!

This happened on 2 of my auctions in October. I believe it has to do with timing. AW launched two of your auctions in the same second and therefore ebay can not handle getting both to your "my ebay" page or your seller list. I sent an email to [email protected] and they fixed in right away. Originally I replyed to my ebay listing confirmation and stated they were not on the pages and had not response what so ever. After 3 days I emailed support and within hours it was corrected.

Good Luck

Write to [email protected] (instead of [email protected]) - that's the email address for ... well, time sensitive stuff.

Just tell them to reset your seller's list.

Another way to fix it is to click through to the auction on AW, and at Ebay click on revise auction. You don't have to actually change anything, just go through the motions and click on verify your changes. It will show up then.

If your auctions have bids, you can also add to your item description, and it will show up.

That is why I now set my auctions to go off 15 minutes apart. )

If your auction doesn't have a bid, you can do the revise thing. If your auction does have a bid, you can also go to the "my ebay help board". Ebay always has a thread running that says something like "post auctions that don't show up in my ebay/seller search". Post your auction # to that thread and they normally fix it within a few hours.

I am having a similar problem, but this is a REGULAR THING! At least one out of every 15 or so of my auctions aren't showing up on My eBay, AND I cannot seem to revise them. Every time I try to revise, the "connection is reset." What gives?
