I got this email today, did anyone else? I can't decide if it's a scam or on the up-and-up. Looks official enough but it's not a Yahoo address. Marie
CONVERT YOUR EBAY & AMAZON SELLERS RATINGS INTO YAHOO $
Got good feedback? Milk it at Yahoo. Yahoo Auctions is
allowing sellers to turn their feedback ratings on eBay and
Amazon into credits on Yahoo. They'll give $1.00 in Featured
Auction credit for every positive feedback point. With Yahoo
claiming 3.9 million auction listings, this could be your
chance to reach even more buyers.
Sure, it's a limited time offer.so grab it while ya can.

Jareth..that came from Auctiva's recent newsletter.
Yes, it is on the up and up. Yahoo is offering credit (not cash) on a $1 per ebay or Amazon feedback point. The credit can be used to buy featured auction status on their auctions.

I dont know who sent you the Email its not a scam Yahoo for the last month or so was giveing a $1 credit for each positive feed back a new and old users from ebay or amazon had.
Meaning if you had +2000 feed back you would get $2000 in free credit for signing up to sell on yahoo the credits can be used for features on yahoo autions.
How ever yesterday I noticed the link for this deal was gone from yahoo auctions front page I believe the promotin might have ended you can double check and see for your self.
I was going to sign up for the credits for my own yahoo auctions but I could no longer find the link.
the rest of the deal was if any auction you listed with yahoo feature sold they would refund 50% of what your cost to feature the item.
so not only did you get $1 for each feed back you had on ebay or amazon but for each auction you listed and featured you got that fee back was pretty neat and yahoo listings have nearly doubled in the last few weeks .

You need to see if you could get that credit and then have it issued in the form of a check. You'd have one helluva Christmas bonus!
I don't think Yahoo has the buyer base where you could list for 1 cent no reserve, and it seems to be a real bonanza for you on eBay. I like the way you do business.

Thanks for the compliment, UARU, our biggest competitor in the 1 CENT CD arena on eBay was NARU'd for some reason from there a week or so ago and has moved his entire operation over to Yahoo it appears, so I will watch his stuff and see if he succeeeds. Out of 700 current auctions running now on Yahoo he only has 6 or 7 bids (at 1c) so you may be right!
As an aside he has a new name on Yahoo and is using a variation of OUR name now to cause further confusion to our customers. Another eBay user (who not only lifted our entire ads and wording but also selected an eBay name virtually identical to ours) was NARU'd after being in operation on eBay only a few days. This was long enough for him to collect a couple of Paypal payments, though, that were supposed to come to me.
However, I do feel sorry for you, and, just to make you feel better, I would gladly offer 10 cents on the dollar for the rights to the conversion of your feedback...
