I have paid my seller 2 times. Had to pay $25.00 to stop payment on first check as she said she didn't receive. Sent second payment and states that she still hasn't received payment and now is thinking of turning me in to Ebay. However, this was an Amazon auction not Ebay. This was my first Amazon auction and now have a bad taste in my mouth because of it. (so to speak) What I want to know is if she can contact Ebay about this delay in payment receipt and whether it will affect my Ebay feedback rating. I don't have a problem sending payment the third time but think that she should pay for stop payment on the second check because something is definitely going wrong with her mail!! I have never had a seller state that they didn't receive payment twice. But back to the real question... can she really consult Ebay??? Any information will be greatly appreciated, thanks :>

I think eBay would a real kick out of receiving a complaint about an Amazon transaction. I wouldn't worry about it if I were you.

thanks for the quick reply!! I didn't think that she could do this but thought it couldn't hurt to ask. Makes me feel somewhat better because I have a decent Ebay reputation!
