Please help,

I have reason to think that someone is stalking me. When I sent out my EOA notice, I included the URL for my website.

This person has sent several e-mails, but I am more concerned with the traffic on my web site.

My site has statistics that show usage by IP address, and I see several IP addresses that concern me.

I have heard that ISP's are assigned the first three octets of the IP (e.g. 123.456.789), and I really need to know how to see the name and location that correspond to the IP address.

Does anybody know a Web tool that can identify the ISP that owns the IP addresses?

TIA . . .

Here is one that I use often:
http://www.samspade.org/t/refer.cgi?a=&f=4

You can enter the numbers in the "WHO IS" section to find the owner of the ISP.
