I list all my items through auctionwatch. I love the way some auctions have the nice backgrounds, ie: flowers, western etc. I'm new at this computer stuff and I can't figure it out. Can anybody give me some help in plain english? All input will be so helpful! Thanks Elissa

If you look up, you will see a tab over to the right called "Customer Service". You will get some great ideas and hints in that area.
