I have just made a major boo boo trying to use Ampro. I now have 23 auctions scheduled to start within two hours. I should only have nine scheduled to start but somehow I got duplicates up there. When I tried to delete them I got a message that I couldn't because they were scheduled to start.
Please someone, tell me how to unschedule these duplicate auctions.
I tried the help menu but am so confused and frustrated right now that nothing seems to work.
Ampro is a wonderful program, but certainly not for the faint of heart!

I think to unschedule, you have to go in to edit and at the bottom of the page there is a place that will allow you to unschedule. After it is unscheduled, you should be able to delete the auction. Good Luck!!

auntpink: That's the problem. I don't know HOW to unschedule them and can't find any link or instructions to tell you how to do it.

There is no edit button. I have to go out for the rest of the day so I am just going to go and change my eBay pass word.
This is one royal mess! But thanks auntpink for trying to help.

havenstone,
I'm sorry I don't know the answer to your question. If you'll post it in the AuctionManager Pro section of the AuctionWatch Services Forum, a Customer Service Rep will be happy to help you.

I've unscheduled several times but darn if I can remember exactly how I did it. Try scheduling one for a time past such as Nov 14 at 6:00 AM. Also, you will probably get more help if you post at the auction manager pro board, if you haven't already done that. I can't do much more for you than hold you hand - sorry!

Thanks Moderator and auntpink. I have changed my password as I have to go out now and won't get back at my computer for a while.
I'll check the Ampro board later. I didn't know there was one.
Hopefully the changed password will stop the auctions from being posted. I have no idea how I made this mess in the first place.

Too little, too late, BUT.. for future use since I've done the same thing myself..
Go to your auction panel to the 'pending auctions'.. click on the auction (yep, individually) and it will pull up the pended auction with the 'reschedule', 'undo launch' or 'launch now' buttons. Click on 'undo launch' for each duplicate, then when you go BACK to your pended auctions, you can check the box to delete them all.

Jenado is correct. However, if time is too short to unschedule all of them, go to your preferences and find the "list regionally" chart. Select the first option on the list which will be "select a region" . Save this setting. You now have an illegal/incomplete entry and your auctions will not launch but will come back with an error. You can then delete or revise them at your leisure.
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.
