OMG.......is it slow, or is it just me???
Think it's this election thing or do you think buyers are sick of the outages and are leaving in droves? Anybody got any quick ideas or doing anything else interesting to make Christmas $$$ ?????

I totally agree. It has been quite slow for about the last two weeks or so. I'm wondering if perhaps eBay is becoming saturated with too many sellers and not enough buyers to support all the auctions.

You mean it isn't ME???? I was all ready to dump my computer...AND my ISP! It took over half an hour to list ONE auction. Just waiting for the photo to be added took over 10 minutes...preview took another 10!! I am a patient person, but this is riridulous! I guess I won't be listing tonight...

Slow for me on eBay. Tried Yahoo, worse than eBay. Very few buyers have left feedback without reminders, and at least 50% are slow pays. My last winning bidder has a history, if feedback dates are accurate, of payment getting to seller within 18 days of auction. My description says 10. If there were any other bidders, I'd neg and relist, but with so little activity, I guess I'll wait. I can't remember how long it's been since I had any competing bidders. Usually just goes for the minimum bid. I'm in a specialized pottery line, but it's hard to believe that, all of a sudden, nobody's interested in it, when it was pulling great prices and multiple bids on truly rare items just last spring.

I suspect the worst, which is that there are only so many people who will buy our stuff, and they have bought all they can.

We're getting a double-wammy. First, we're getting such slow-downs on eBay that we're not even bothering to list much at all. Then, our local AT&T@Home cable service has the web space service that even when the buyers can actually see our auctions, half the time they never get to see the photo.
Bummer.
I wish this crap would quit it out so we can start enoying a living once again.

Wow, I finally got a bid on an auction tonight that closes tomorrow. I remember when on would check on my auctions and just keep adding up the money with each bid on each auction.
I only listed three things to end this week. I gave my usual hummp when I looked tonight not even realizing I had a bid. Just not use to it anymore.

Last was my best week in a long time for me. Perhaps you're experiencing seasonality of your items or a flood of what you sell?
