does ebay really care? bidder on $300.00+ item yesterday....quit...1/2 hr. later seller offers because high bidder backed out?????smelled like shilling so turned it down....today same bidder...bidding on this sellers other listings (6 of them) ...checking feedback...see they buy back and forth....etc...should it be reported ????does ebay really care....this quy is
sticking some newbies with feedback of 1 and 2 with these items.....does ebay care - should i care...thanx i'm watching to see if this guy relists....he certainly didn't do bid retraction or neg feedback on buyer....

I can hear it now. Capes fluttering in the breeze. Each one hoping on hope to be the one to crack this case and put another notch in their mouse.
