It's "Net Detective", one of the most commonly spamvertised pieces ofn crapware on the net.
The chances of them haivng any of the "insider information" they claim ot have is slim to none, they are just adding the eBay tywist (I've seen it with a deadbeat dad twist, etc ... whatever they think will make them a sale).

ebay detectives is the name(now changed) of a specific group of ebay buyer defenders. are you sure that it is this group that is marketing this software?
