I'm setting here with two partial payments from bidders that are two weeks old and a month old. Both are money orders.

One for $14.00 that ended 11/01/2k with $10.00 due for shipping. This person never responded to my request for address so that I could send them the total due. They sent a money order for the item they won and a copy of the request I sent them. They have not responded to several email for the balance.

The second one won two auctions at $12.99 each on 10/19/2k. The total due with $11.05 in shipping cost is $37.03 without insurance and $37.88 with insurance. He sent a money order for $12.99. This is the one I mentioned before that I think is Spanish and that there is a language barrier.

This is the last email I got from him on 10/30/2k i wiil send the money today i was outworn personal business thank you

So at present I am just setting on the money orders. I filled two NPB's on the seconds one tonight. The first one is a Yahoo auction winner.

Advise please!!!

I'd send BOTH back and leave feedback about slow pay/no pay/partial pay etc.

You have waited long enough!

I had a bidder that really drug out an auction..I finally NPB and relisted item. She had the NERVE to email me she'd sent payment off to me and this item had better not be the one she won!

I emailed her back that yes it was...and I'd canceled her auction. When I FINALLY got her money order I REFUSED it at the post office and it was returned.

No further email..but she left negative feedback stating I was soooo inpatient etc...

I wish ebay would allow a BLOCK on NPB auctions...most of my negatives are from NPBs. After all...they are buyers and have nothing to loose.

Well Carol that's one way, but I think i'll just hold off awhile longer and see what happens.

I have several of the items that were sold, so there is no problem selling more and I don't need to relist these items.

I know if I were a buyer and sent out a money order and didn't receive my merchandise I would eventually want to know what happened and would send an email asking about it.
