I am using Bidpay for the first time but they
want to charge me $5.00 for the money order. I go to the opening page and fill in the dollar amount. Then it asks how you want the money order sent. On the next page it adds $5.00 fee. I thought Bidpay was free. Am I doing something wrong? I surely won't use their service if this is true. I would appreciate some input from you folks.
