I recently had a dispute with a bidder so I used Square Trade.

All they did was send a form email to bidder, charged me $15, and then closed the case.

I already sent numerous emails to bidder.

What a big scam. I should have known not to do business with any ebay affiliates.

Complain to Square Trade & demand a full refund. I know I would. You sure were ripped off.
