this may sound stupid...does anyone know, cause I dont, if you can transfer money from x.com to paypal?
also, i was wondering after d-day tomorrow if outstanding checks thru x.com will be honored..
i've been hearing of credit cards being rejected over and over.
I cannot wait to close this account, but have a over 400.00 sitting in there wondering what happens after this virtual bank goes south.

your checks and debit card will be honored till dec 1 when your account will be closed the only thing you wont be able to do is make deposits in to the account.
just be sure not to write no more checks and inform any one you have checks out to to get them cashed before Dec1 or they will bounce as xcom will no long exsit. http://www.Dman-N-Company.com

One more thing. Don't forget, after the big close, there is a small paragraph that says they will send you a check for any remaining money in the account. It can take 2-3 weeks to recieve. I have all mine out as of friday *WHEW*

ya I just got a new account open with a local bank in my area and hopeing to get the rest of the money out of xcom by the end of the week.
took me a bit to find a bank who would offer a good free account with no min balance requirered.
Didnt want another online bank I wanted a local brick and motar with online checking that been around a while.
