I received the confirmation mail from billpoint said the buyer paid off the auction. after that I ship the item out.
But after 6 days I received a phone call from billpoint, told me the card does not go throught. AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND THE MONEY ($400).
The problem is on billpoint website they said :
